Peach and Date Crumble

Makes 8 servings (1/2 peach per serving)

4 peaches (preferably white peaches), sliced

¼ cup of turbinado sugar

½ tsp. of freshly grated nutmeg

½ tsp. of black pepper

¼ tsp. of salt

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp. of corn starch

8 Low pro graham crackers

3 tbsp. of melted Earth Balance margarine

Slice the peaches

Toss the sugar, nutmeg, pepper, and salt together, then toss this mix with the peaches.  Allow it to sit for about 20 minutes, then add the lemon juice and corn starch

Spread these out in a glass baking pan

Crumble the graham crackers

Top the peaches the biscuit crumbles and sprinkle the melted margarine on top

Bake this on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
